Animaland de Loreto, was in the painful need to sue before the Administrative Court of the State of Baja California Sur, the President and Trustee of the Municipality of Loreto, because for more than 3 years Animalandia was asking The Municipal President to comply with the provisions of the Law on Protection of Domestic Animals for Baja California Sur, Mexico, in the sense that it will integrate the Pro Animal Committee and publish the Municipal Regulation of the Law on the Protection of Domestic Animals. for Baja California Sur, Mexico, completely ignoring the provisions of the aforementioned Law, which was approved and published since June 20, 2013 by our Legislators, that is, for more than 6 years, it had to give compliance with the law, without so far has done so, which is why Animalandia de Loreto had to sue the President and Trustee of the Municipality of Loreto, so that of the legal mechanisms are instructed that they have to set up the Municipal Animal Pro Committee, develop and publish the Municipal Regulation of the Protection of Domestic Animals Act for Baja California Sur, Mexico, all with the sole purpose of ensuring the interests of animals that are helpless and mistreated, and thereby achieve legally punish those who mistreat and abandon the defenseless animals.
